Sloshy stomach
This has happened before but I don't know what is causing it. I have a dull ache at the base of my skull/top of my neck and across my the bottom part of my neck where it meets my shoulders. I have headaches, I feel nauseated and have a "sloshy" stomach, almost like an overactive feeling, very "Borborigmus" sounding but not need for a stethoscope to hear it. I feel nauseous up into my esophagus. Gas pains come and go but are painful. I am extremely exhausted and get a dizzy or detached feeling.
