Chest pain due to gas
I am suffering from gas since last 3 days. I was taking pantop every morning empty stomach but its not working. Today I am suffering from chest pain due to this. Please suggest.

I get stomach burn in morning and sometimes other times too and it always hurt in stomach and i often get loose motions and sometimes pain in left hand. I often get gas constipation or loose motion or gas ... most of the time food doesn’t suits my stomach.
