Stomach Problems & Remedies

Hello sir/mam can IBS be treated.? i am suffering from it since 4 years and i have done all tests (colonoscopy endoscopy lft kft testosterone cbc etc) and i do it routinely evry 4 -5 months but wasnt able to figure out the root cause, tried allopathy, homopathy,ayurveda but nothing seems to be working for me tried having probiotics switched to natural ones like kefir,kombucha etc still no improvement lost about 27 kgs and still struggling to recover and have visited quite a lot of gastroenterologists but all are same giving non absorbant anti bacterial like rifagut and fibre but no improvement.. can anyone please look into my problem.?

Hello doctors i was diagnosed with fatty liver a year ago and my  BILIRUbin was 1.8 mg , SGOT VALUE WAS 56IU/L  SGPT WAS 70 IU/L  FIBRO SCAN VALUE WAS 4.8   ULTA SOUND SAID ITS FATTY LIVER GRADE3. BUT TODAY I gon throught  MY ULTRASOUND test and it  SAYS its still fatty liver but my new sgot is 20 sgpt 34 u/l bilirubin is 2.03 u/l so my a question is it a fatty liver or not because some test suggest it and some not .whats your openion doctors And all other test like ana hvb are negative                                                      Thank you .

I sneezed and I got a abdominal pain. The stomach pain is there for a week. I didn't still get my periods. Is it okay??

I have indigestion. Due to which I see that some part of the food I eat, is always there in my stool. I have to go at least 3 times in a day for defecation. Whenever I eat, my stomach feels heavy, and I also feel full quicker even with small meals. Besides, my stomach is bloated most times, and I also have gas problem, which I can even feel in chest and upto my throat. I also feel like burping but it doesn't happen. I feel I had indigestion was for some years, but in negligible severity and sporadically. But now it is significant from around 5 months although not same all the time. Already prescribed, and tried pantocid, unienzyme, and bestozyme. They help but don't solve it.
