I have digestion problem, how to solve this issue ..,... I need some help, now my weight is 85kg height 167 cm

I have sudden sharp pain from 2 days near upper right of pelvic bone and my stool is also semi solid kinda liquid from 2 days is it due to gastritis or any other which specialist doctor to be contacted for my issue

I have frequent digestion related problems. It includes acidity, indigestion, gassiness, and for last few months I have loose motions frequntly. In general also, I have semi solid or liquid stools. I also feel bloating and nausea some times. I have bowel movments 3 to 4 times a day still I don't feel light. Also sometimes I feel irritation at anus. Is it a severe problem? What is its cure and what further steps should I take, Since I have not visited any Doctor yet.

Does paracetamol have any drug-drug interactions with either of,dicyclomine and domperidone?

For over a year of daily and progressing discomfort/ pain in stomach, mostly the upper abdomen.i have done blood tests, stool samples, urine labs, and an upper endoscopy with negative results. Inflammation from gastritis was found during the endoscopy, but was told it was nothing. Zantac has helped the burning in my chest but that was a recently new symptom. The daily stomach pain has become unbearable and I don't know what to do at this point. My doctor keeps saying it's anxiety but I disagree
