Stomach Problems & Remedies

I've been having the problem of burning sensation in my anus for past 2 years now. But lately when I had diarrhea for 4 days the burning and bleeding has started, its not stopping inspite of consulting a proctologist. I am under his observation since week and his medicines are on. But still after sitz bath, tablets and ointment,the pain and suffering is there. Please help.

I have too much acidity due to I.b.s . due to ulcer my food not digested. I have to take gas medicine after food and in morning. Which gas medicine can be taken after food. Now I am taking aciloc 300mg(ranitidine) after each meals 2b.d with equirex and in morning pan D. Can I take pan D after food and ranitidine 150mg in morning. I have ulcer in my mouth also.

I have too much acid in morning . I have shown to many gastro. I have done whole blood test. they give me.PANTOCID 40 mg in morning. But it empty my stomach only 30%. Then doctor prescribe zantac 150mg(ranitidine)it also empty only 30%. Can I take zantac300mg(ranitidine) or digene syrup or gelusil tablet. I think all are Anta acid.

My stomach feels bloated all the time and I have acidity and gastritis problems . I take Pan D every morning, but still doesn't  help.

Hi, I’m Mahesh and I have been suffering from Gastric problem since Jan 28th and 3 days back my doctor prescribed me this capsule - Veloz D to take it for five days and I have been started taken this tablet from two days, but still I feel a little discomfort in my throat and also still have a stomach burn sensation. Along with this I’m not feeling hungry at all. Request you to look into my issue an suggest me whether I should stick to this prescription or not

Can I take pantocid 40 after meals2b.D. because my food not digested. Doctor firstly  prescribe 20mg PANTOPRAZOLE before meal 2b.D. it not suit me so he change it after meal. But after meal only 50% relief.

I am suffering from gastric problem for last 3 year. And I have taken already treatment gastrologist doctor for before 2year ago and he has checked my liver and other stomach part through endoscopy machines and also checked my blood , urine , xray of my stomachs and give me some medicine and I used 3 months.. and getting relaxed for our very high quantities making gas in our stomach problems for next 4 months but after that once again my problems of making gas in our stomach s to much. I am suffering from gas since last 3 days. I was taking pantop every morning empty stomach but its not working. Today I am suffering from chest pain due to this. Please suggest.
