I have excessive acid at bed time. I have taken 2 times before meal PANTOCID 40mg and rantac 150 but it not works. Plz suggest at bedtime any syrup for gas.

I am suffering from constipation from 3 to 4 years and recently I am diagnosed with hemorrhoid (grade 2 ) .I feel very little urge to go to toilet and I have to strain.I never get my stomach clear😣. My lifestyle is active I take a lot of water even more than daily recommendation and eat fiber rich food mainly wheat not rice and also eats plenty of green vegetable and fruit which are beneficial in this problem.I am currently taking laxative and even after doing these things I am facing severe problem. My husband has taken tablet Donon at 6pm. He had dinner at 8 n after that started headache n than did vomiting. Checked blood pressure rating is 124/83 and pulse 76. Now feeling breathless.
