Could you clarify me that if i go to doctor with vomitings n nausia because i took 10 dolo 650 tablets will he come to know??

I thought I had the stomach flu this past Tuesday, but the nauseousness won't go away, my stomach is still somewhat upset, and I'm constpiated. Is that normal?

Pain in stomach. Feeling fever. Vomiting after eating anything even if drink glucose feels like vomit.

Since yesterday My mom's is suffering from acidity after taking the medicine for fever and vomiting from prescribed doctor. She is diabetic and regularly taking a single medicine naming diamicron mr. She is also having high BP She usually suffers with acidity and gastric problem. What should I do now. Someone is suggesting for taking the route of ayurvedic treatment.
