My dad is having problems in urinating and loo. Loo happens in mucus form and that too in little amount. Urine happens dropwise and is painful. Ultrasound and uriculture reports are normal. ( No ecoli and bcoli problem) . He has to go-to toilet every 8-10 minutes. Whom to consult?

I am trying out to get reduce my weight, so I consulted a patanjali doctor in June 2016, there I was advised was to take a tablet of arogyavardhini vati and Chandhapraba vati each after meals twice a day and a mixture of two liquids of juice before breakfast. So, can I use those two tablets now. As they are manufactured in March 2016 and Exp 2020.

I have been doing CBC tests continuously for a few months. And even after taking medicines, the eosinophil rate is consistently double the recommended rate. And the report says it's eosinophila. Why is this the case? What can be the underlying disorder? What should i do next? Thanks.
