I poop once every week
I poop once every week and sometimes I could go longer without getting the urge to poop. I'm always bloated because of the food in my stomach. I try to eat healthy and good portions and I train hard as well but nothing changes. Tried increasing, water, fiber, carbs, fats or reduce training which I have done drastically but still the problem doesn't go away. When I go, poop is not hard or painful.Left side of stomach is always protruding and pretty much I feel terrible and tired all day everyday.

[ ] Hi, for constipation indly note down following:Lacti fibre / PEG fibre/ Free go POWDER - one teaspoon in one glass of Luke warm water morning and night after meal for 20 days. Tab. FLAGYL 400 mg (1-1-1) after meal for 7 days. CHEW tablet ZENTEL 400mg daily after dinner for 3 days. Take plenty of salads with lunch and dinner. Increase intake of water. Avoid bread. Feel free to add any further quary.
