My wife gets upper abdominal pain or pain near belly line if food is not taken on proper time or skipped. Pain is very sharp and goes beyond tolerance level. Last year we did USG, but report was normal. On giving Ulgel or Antacids power reduces. Does it indicate ulcer? What treatment is required?

Sir i have been totally lethargic whole day most of the times when i do exercise.This is happening from almost 2 years from now. I am 42 year old man suffering from yellow colour urine. My blood test indicate SGOT elevated but normal SGPT.

I recently had an episode of gallstones passing with severe pain and a visit to the emergency room. After multiple ultrasound and a CT scan, there was only increase in wall thickness but no evidence of a stone, except circumstantial -resulting inflammation.
