Stomach Problems & Remedies

I am suffering from Acid reflux for the last 4 years. Last year I was diagnosed with bile reflux since then I am having issues related to digestion. This month I had gone through endoscopy and biopsy. There are no sign of ulcer or corrosion in endoscopy. Biopsy shows traces of acid reflux. I have consulted doctors in Max, AIIMS but they just recommended me to have pantocid tablet. But I am not feeling well. I feel nauseatic for the whole day and uncomfortable above stomach area. I also always feel lethargic. I am on a very strict diet, I don't eat oily or fatty food, have small meals in regular intervals. I don't smoke or take alcohol still its been more than 8 months and I am not getting better. I am attaching my biopsy report.

Many time stool & still stomach having gas, Sugar level 115 in morning D3 level low B12 level is 65 Some time feel that very pain in left side forehead side nerves

When should I take amilicure DS tablet because I dnt know how to take so please answer me

MY latering not coming from 3days I have taken a medice but my problem doesn't solved what will i do

I have severe acidity in my upper abdomen area, weakness and today morning had loose motions. I don't feel like eating since two days. I took lopamide today morning and I am also consuming electrol powder,however my acidity issue is still the same.

Motions as soon as eating something and continuous mild stomach pain from past 3 days... used tablets to control motions and stomach pain, given at medical shop but no effect. the problem still continues

I have been suffering from stomach pain,loose motions with gas & indigestion problems since a week post had tiffin(poori) Street side. I am sure that the oil they used for making poori was poisionous. First 2 days, motions were out of my control with no hunger feeling. For relief I used Gelusil chewing pills, ENO powder to get digest the food that left inside and 'Eldoper' capsules to get hinder the motions problem. Got relieved from motions with 'eldoper' capsules and all other medicines were not given me better results. However, the symptoms mentioned above are resurfacing even after a week.
