My child boy is 20 months old he usually does potty just after meal .he does it as many times as he had any meal

In report, mucus is present. And yeast cells has also seen. Current Motion ratio is 4-6 times a day. Pl suggest medicine.

My son has vomiting since last 3 to. 4 days . He had even loose motions on first day . After that loose motions stopped and he having a vomit after every meal. I am currently giving him ondem syrup and econorm sachet. Pls advise if antibiotics are required .

Doctor say may be it is food infection .I take medicines PAN-40 , NFLOX-TZ, AND MACRALFATE. MAXIMUM time pain in my stomach when i am on an empty stomach . When i take medicines i feel relife but after some time it is come . What i do plz help me to recover from this problem . This problems is from approximately 4 days. What caused my stomach is paining i don't understand after take medicines .
