Hi.please suggest some yoga's for stomach burning, acidity and bloating...I have been suffering from this from past 2 years

I have bloated upper abdomen...it seems that above naval has too much weight ..even I feel uncomfortable when sitting for long times ..what should I do..for the last one week I has been happening...

I have problems of Gas which occurs frequently from last 4 days. I feel hungry but not eat so much as previously. Some it pains a lot at 5 inch below of right rib cage. Now I am taking Rabeprazole tab twice from last two days. But still face problem of forming Gas. Plz suggest what to do.

What is treatment for hital hernia? Are there any medicines to cure it.... In what conditions surgery is recovered?

So having burning in the abdomen and gut, with bloodystool and blood while whipping be caused by an ulcer? Cause most people are saying piles or fissure, but when eating or drinking certain things make the burning or pain worse.

Have hard painless lump between Vigina and anus from past 3 moths.its not painful...

Yesterday I had team lunch and I had chicken, fish, prawn, mutton, rabbit, quail n duck. In a limited number. I also had cauliflower in the night for my dinner. Later in the night from 11 I have been using my toilet every 2 hrs once. I didn't have any difficulties on it. But in the morning I went for my nature's call, 1st time I didn't notice any blood in the stool. The 2nd time I went to toilet and I can find blood in the stool as well as the closet. Please suggest me, what can I do against this to stop the bleeding. Please suggest some home remedy. Should I consult a doctor immediately??

Before Monday I had sharp pains in my stomach on the left side, Monday came had heavy blood in my stool. Next had diarrhea with some blood in for two to three days didn't pass stool then yesterday heavy blood and what looks likes clots in stool today no stool just clots and blood. And now sharp pains on both sides of my stomach come and go.

How is chronic sinusitis related to the cause of chronic gastritis? I know ots not relevant to what you want but I want to know.

I having a severe gastric problem, back pain and stomach pain, kindly help me out
