2 days while I am going motion non stop bleeding coming,what can do for that,please need helpful to my suituation

I have excessive acid at bed time. I have taken 2 times before meal PANTOCID 40mg and rantac 150 but it not works. Plz suggest at bedtime any syrup for gas.

I am suffering from constipation from 3 to 4 years and recently I am diagnosed with hemorrhoid (grade 2 ) .I feel very little urge to go to toilet and I have to strain.I never get my stomach clear😣.
