Epigastric pain
I've been having burning sensation in the epigastric region since 4days.I had Pantop a night&in the morn but since it did not reduce&since the only other tablet I had was rantac..had it that night & next morning.slight decrease in pain.Later increased.It is intermittent and aggravates on sitting and a lot on standing. Sometimes radiates to the lumbar region& as aching back pain loose stools episodes 4days. Raised ESR last time I checked when had fever Jan27-feb7 Mom-h/o ankylosing spondylitis

Hi, follow some basic life style changes:Stop tea, coffee, spicy food. Take your timely. Avoid cabbage, capsicum, citrus fruits ( for a while). Don't drink water with food, take after 40 min. as much as you want thereafter. Don't lie down immediately after food. Finish your night meal by 8.30 pm maximum. Always keep your stomach 1/4 th empty. You can divide your meal into 5-6 times a day. Avoid the particular food, which you observed that after taking you feel bloating, fullness, upper abdominal pain/ discomfort, reflux symptoms etc. Take tab. PANTODAC DSR (1-0-1) half an hour before meal for 7 days.syrup Gaviscon 10 ml three Times a day after meal for 10 days. Report the progress.
