Thank you for describing your symptoms in detail. Based on what you’ve shared, it seems like there are two interrelated concerns—gastrointestinal discomfort and cervical spine-related nerve pain. Let me address both aspects systematically. 1. Gastric Discomfort and Trapped Gas Likely due to acid reflux or indigestion. Avoid spicy, oily foods, and carbonated drinks. Eat small, frequent meals and take antacids or gas relief tablets (e.g., pantoprazole, simethicone). Practice deep breathing to relieve heaviness. 2. Left Hand Pain (C6 Issue) Likely cervical radiculopathy due to mild disc problem. Correct posture, use a neck pillow, and do neck stretches. Take pain relievers or muscle relaxants as needed. Consider physiotherapy for long-term relief. 3. Panic and Heavy Breathing May be linked to anxiety amplifying your symptoms. Practice diaphragmatic breathing and relaxation exercises. Avoid stress triggers; yoga or meditation can help. When to Worry Seek urgent care for sudden, severe chest pain, worsening arm numbness, or persistent difficulty in breathing.
