Always I have gastric problem and my left chest paining it's pulling in and out I feel scared in tat time what medicine should i take

After tight motion some blood dripping ,blood in normal color not dark, But feeling like stretching in part of anus initially , sensing like something stuck.

This might sound a bit weird.I'm 21 years old.I've had a very bad diet for a long time. I was constipated often.A really strong stream of water came out of my toilet pipe.As I was constipated most of the time I used to use the pipe to spray water inside my anus and flush out stool.For more than 5 years.Have stopped but I always have incomplete evactuation.The beginning of evactuation is normal with a bit of strain.But stops towards the end.If i strain tiny pieces comes out.bt i know there'smore

Most of the time I have constipation problem. I use to take isabgol regularly. But after some time it happens again

Sometimes it stopped for 2-3days i dnt know why. I'm running with this problem from since last one month.

Doctor adviced to use bifilac tablet for stomach pain for ten days and iam under medication.I recently noticed my urine is golden colour. Is it because of the tablet or some other problem. Pls advice..
