I have IBS_D diarrhea (Dust) since 7 years and used different medicine such as Cipro ,NT-TOX tablets but there is no relief There is always a problem in my stomach and digestive system

Take salads and fruits more Take bananas daily Take Cap bael by Himalaya 2 Twice a day for 3 months Kumariasav 15 ml Twice a day for 3 months Reconsult after 7 days for modifications in treatment if needed Stop all previous medicines
