I am suffering from burning stomach from 6 months.increases during night .please suggest medicene. If i take panext d burning will increases

Me and my family are always having gas prblm as v live in the area where iron level is more in water .. after having 3 ltrs of water ,and after motion ,I always feel gas and slight pain on my upper abdominal in the middle.i hv 2 echogenic foci in the wall of galbalder one is 7.0mm and other  is of 4.9mm .Please suggest good gas relief medicine (don't say aciloc or zentics )
