I have hep c and the liver ultrasound showed the length to be 16.85 cm. Should I be worried?

I have serious issues with my digestive system. I am feeling very uneasy post meal as I am unable to burp. Because of which I cant sleep properly. I have little pain too. I have consulted a local physician he stated that I am suffering from IBS B12 deficiency. He suggested B12 deficiency test which shows 152.30. My doctor later advised me to take vitcofol injection 5 in 25 days and another 5 after 6 months. However I am still struggling with the pain and lacks of sleep is affecting my personal and professional life. I've lost a lot of weight since past 1 months. I have digestion trouble since past 8 years however no concrete treatment has been done. Can anyone please help me in anyways.

Hi, I was informed that I have IBS around 6 weeks ago. I have been following a low fodmap diet most of the time. I have had heavy bloating and feel very uncomfortable in my stomach (high and central just below my breast bone) for 4 days now and have tried both home remedies and over the counter remedies but to no avail. The bloating has been all day every day even if I have not eaten. It is also quite uncomfortable to sleep on my front and my back. Do you have any ideas? Thanks Steve
