Mucus coming during defecation since 2 months ...pain iin lower abdomen rashes on face weight loss ..dizziness n vertigo ....plz suggest wht it could be ..is it a matter of concern ? L's help

Hi i have loose stool for more than 5 months i went to internal medicine specialist he gave me some medicine but didn't worked then i moved to gastroenterologist, i did alot of blood tests stool tests and also did colonoscopy that was all cleared i used flygel for a 2 weeks used flazol for 2 weeks used more medicine that i forgot the names, i am so worried i changed my diet also but still no response to treatment
