Pain in abdomin/intestine

Asked for Male, 21 Years

I had diarrhea for two days for which I took metrogyl and norflox TZ which cured my condition but 1 day after that I overate which led to 2-3 bowel movements and after that the pain started which was not much painful yeste rsay but while having a walk Im feeling tge pain and also while youching abdominal part. What can I do at home??
