Dear Doc I developed GERD symptoms a month ago and im taking Pantoprazole ( PPI) for a week now..development is good.please help me out with the below queries. Can i take a vitamin b12 ,folic acid , iron supplement after food as i feel anemic . Should i take antihistamine to reduce inflammation in stomach and esophagus as im getting heart palpitations and breathing problems due to longtime reflux .
