Stomach Problems & Remedies

I have been suffering of Indigestion,pain in urination and heavy head for 4 days.

This is quite embarassing, but i’m at a loss. I’m constipated and have constant pressure in my butt however there is nothing there. I’m not sure if it’s something wrong with a nerve or a muscle, or maybe even an infection but I’ve done numerous things including increasing my fiber intake by alot, increasing my fluid intake, I’ve taken laxatives, and I’ve used hemorrhoid cream but nothing seems to make it stop. I’ve been noticing irregular chills, and I had a heat flash on the toilet. Please Help

Whenever I am swallowing or drinking I am facing a muscle twitching just below the rib cage sometimes can be seen on the skin of stomach. There is no pain, but an unusual sensation. I was having soft stool as well. I am taking meds.(Dompan SR) and (Qure Oz). Is this normal? Am scared.

After meals at night, the symptoms get worse and I feel anxious. My doctor has prescribed me colospa x and lesuride but in the prescription he mentioned to take colospa x twice after meals and lesuride 3 times before meals. Is that correct or is it the other way round i.e. one should take colospa x before meals and lesuride after.

Today I received my HBV VIRAL LOAD report as <34IU/mL. & The HBV DNA IS NOT DETECTED. What does it mean? What about my condition?
