I got small lump on the side of my anus area and I feel pain while passing stool is it piles ?? Its been like 4 days ,Do I need to do colonoscopy I'm scared is there any home remedies that I can follow help please.

Having piles since last 2-3 days. No bleeding but pain is there not consulting to any as if  now, just need to know homo or Ayurveda which one is better and what to do and what not to.

My wife had undergone pituitary tumor surgery 3 years back...Her blood report says her b12 is 927 and hemoglobin is 10 and pcv is 31. She has heavy gastric not subsiding even with medicines like ppi she also has a fibroid which has enlarged. Just wanted to know how can we reduce the heavy gas . She is 34 years old weight 67 BP 90/70
