Slight acidity always after eating, bloating of stomach and excess saliva build up in mouth which results in difficulty during speech

Hi Doctor, Greetings! I have excessive gastic problem which increases after every meal.Also by late evening I have to pass bowel again even after proper bowel movement in the morning. A cup(or 2) of tea or hot coffee if taken during the day acts as a catalyst for this but surprisingly a mug full of milk taken at night before sleep (occasionally) doesn't cause any discomfort. Now the frequency of this is increasing with every passing day and other than avoiding tea and coffee I am also cutting down on my meal size to reduce any symptoms during office hours which makes me hurgry. I had similar issue last year and was recommended Rifagut,Cyra-D & VSL #3 for 3 weeks during which I also had an emergency kidney stones operation and these symptoms vanished post that so I discontinued those medicines. Currently if I have to take Pudin Hara liquid very frequently in the morning for temporary relief before going to office.please suggest.thank you!

Often im facing the problem of stomach distension and bloating. It will become worse during travelling.Also, i face acid reflux from my oesophagus to larynx which is quiet inconvenient and disgusting . Im not an alcoholic. I feel better and will get rid of this reflux and bloating if I lie down for half an hour . Help me

Hi received my wife's blood report her SGOT is 70.6 and. SGPT is 149.6 she does not consume drinks ..... Other than occasion wines....what does she need to do get levels down....any specific food that can help...or any specific treatment

Can a sgpt 82.39 nd sgot 51.22 be dangerous if one drinks alochol ..I means few drinks in a party or a occasion .. I have uric acid 8.3 .. am I at some kind of risk with this .. one doctor has said to wait for one month to see what's happening as I had this problem 3 months ago so took ursocol nd had took lipvas a month ago for 2 weeks.. ultrasound says a mildy fatty liver .. am I at a kind of risk ? I had gone through with complete body checkup few months back and found that my SGOT & Cholesterol LDL levels are little high then normal as per my report. SGOT - 36 (<34-OPTIMAL) SGPT - 47 (10-49-OPTIMAL) Celestrol LDL - 109.5 (<100.0-OPTIMAL) I have again done the same tests 2 days back from a different lab and now the results are: SGOT - 33 (15-37-OPTIMAL) SGPT - 63 (16-63-OPTIMAL) Celestrol LDL - 110 (70-180-OPTIMAL) I am not sure if the Bio. References given in both reports are correct as both have different ranges and due to this I am not able to understand if my current levels are fine or not. Can you please tell me the correct levels and if the reports are normal?

I had elevated alp= 210 U/L SGOT =45 U/L SGPT =47 U/L And my ultrasound showed mildly enlarged LIVER. I have digestive issues whenever I eat any fatty food as my stomach gets bloated very much and there is a lot of uneasiness in my belly after even taking a bite of fatty foods. What can be the issue.
