M having watery stool since three days. Whenever i am eating i have to use the loo. And i am having cramps in my stomach . What to do?

My lower left abdominal feels something uneasy like tickling most of the time in that area...I measure my blood pressure and weight all is ok digestion too is ok..Bt don't know why my lower left abdomenal feels uneasy from rest of the day as per I used to use spasmo and codeine before and since 10 days I have left it but take cigarette and alcohol these days at night time.i feel like I have some problem in my body and I have a habbit of thinking too much too.

Since yesterday I am having loose motion and gas problem, so yesterday morning I took one gasex tablet, but till night it become severe and started khatta dhakar and stomach pain with loose motion. Even today same problem continues, could you please help me and tell , can I take gas tablet even in loose motion ????
