Stomach Problems & Remedies

I'm 38 yrs old male. I get frequent loose motion since last one month. There's no pain in abdomen or bleeding in stools but I always feel bloated and fill that stomach is full even after passing of stool. local Dr gave me TORFIX 400, NORMAXIN and cadigut SB. I am taking these medicines since last 10 days but not getting relief. please suggest.

Vomiting , loss of apetite,loosemotion more than 5 times a day, back ache , red spots on skin , weakness, uneasy feeling all day, i had taken medicines for amoebic duysentry but that didn't work at all. This is happening since 4 weeks. And now i feel extremely low health wise. Reports say i have 1:160 typhoid. But other doctors say it can be amoebic dysentery. However their medicines didnt work at all. What can be the reason? What medications should i take?

I have been having occasional pain below my abdomen on the left side but it goes away. What would be the reason for this.Could it be a gastric problem

I have stomach pain. The pain is on the right side of the stomach under the rib area... the pain remains inside substantially, it pains when I eat and go for motion. I already diagnosed for ibs and taken medication also but still the pain remains the same and it’s getting heavy day by day. I have taken colonoscopy and CT scan as well.

From the last 4 days i have had a constant urge to burp . And feel a bit nice after burping but it's continuosly happening . It all started after i had a few beers one night. Since then it's troubling me a lot . I have suffered from gastritis in the past i had an endoscopy in January which showed antral erosions and rut positive had been on ppis for 15 days it was good after that . But now it's a different problem if i don't burp i feel the air or bubble in my throat which goes off after burping

Yesterday I have gone for check up and USG in which doctor told me sluged in GB,n my SGPT are increases from 81 to 88, how it happened ? What it's means n suggestions n precautions . Thank you

I have constipation problem. My stomach is not getting cleaned properly since 2-3 days and there's stomach pain from yesterday. I had some remedies like ajwain and asfoetida water and it cures for little and pain starts again I have my NEET exam day after tomorrow. Pls help
