I feel bloated after every meal wether it is carbs or protein can anyone suggest me any good complete digestive enzymes

I have swelling and tightness in stomach since last two years,  breathing difficulty if i eat more than half stomach, burning sensation on both the sides of large intestine after eating, more heaviness and clot like feeling on the left and upper side of the navel, food doesnt get digested easily.

Sir, I have a problem of going motion 3-4 times in a day .This causes a lot of problem in day to day life.this problem is since last 3 -4 years .ALSO I am also suffering from gastric trouble due to which I passes gas many times in a day.BUT IT DOES NOT GIVE FOUL smell many times .DUE TO THIS GAS PROBLEM there is a headache with me every 15 to 20 days.I have done many test in allopathy and medicines but no result.ALSO DONE HOMEOPATHY TREATMENT BUT NOT GETTING DESIRED RESULTS.IS THERE A TREATMENT

Can i take bactblend capsule daily permanently ie for a long period ie for two years i have gas and bloating problem

I have intestinal infection according to doctors. I have taken 14 day antibiotics. I take regular burps after eating food and sometimes there is severe chest pain also. During medicine period there was no problem of indigestion or acidity. But after 14 days of medicines problem is still there. Doctor suggested me to take 5 days medicines again. I am worried what to do now.

Hi.My sgot is 43 and sgpt is 62. In kft the serum cloride is 109. Do I need to do more tests or need to take medicines.

I feel pain in my food pipe ,sometimes i am unable to burp and sometime wjen i burp i feel burning in my throat it feels somethings coming from foodpipe to throat i feel full after eating half pain in my head sometimes once i had difficulty in swallowing saliva also for 15 minutes.
