I got piles problem for past 2 weeks. Going and coming back. Do i need to continue the hemoroids medcine. After pass motion in the morning I get very severe pain....Pls tell me the best pain killer medcine.

I have bilrubin 2.5, sgot 44, sgpt 68, in usg fatty liver detected, pancreas and goal bladder all OK . Right side of upper abdomen has slight discomfort. What should I do for cure ?

My grandmother 73 year old is suffering from Constipation: Stool type 1 from last 8 to 12 months. Doctor has advised Duphalac syrup but it is not helping much. Is there anyway to treat this problem??? She is struggling a lot and even after using Duphalac syrup 5 ml a day, she finds it really tough. Stool type 1 or sometimes it doesn't come out for 2 to 3 days. Any medical help/ advise would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
