Which gurgaon doctor should I consult for fissure problem, I have 8 years old fissure problem (on and off) depends upon diet.

I am a 27yoM with diffuse left sided abdominal pain. The pain is brought on by straining or stretching. The pain is also after eating a large meal. I have not been losing wieght or been having unusual stools. I have noticed an increase in gas and bloating. I am 6'2, 155lbs and exercise 3-4 times a week. I have not been running a fever nor any major changes in my diet. I do not eat fast food, fried food, or sugar. I eat lots of fiber as well.
