Facing digestive problem lack of appetite feeling tiredness bloating stomach facing problem for last 6-8 month please see my report and give some advice

I am sufferimg from 2 days and continuously getting loose motion 6 to 7 times in a day uncleared bathroom...and suffering from severe stomach pain.

So I have flown overseas from the United States to Japan recently. The last time I pooped was Monday. It's been 1 week. Here's the weird thing, I don't feel the urge to poop. I don't know if that's still considered constipation. I just don't feel the NEED to poop. I tried going several times anyways and barely anything comes out. I fart normally too. I have no issues going pee, and have no issues eating. I have also been taking MiraLax and drinking coffee regularly to try to help me poop as well. Nothing seems to be working. Is it possible that my body is actually processing the food really well and actually doesn't need to poop much?

I was experiencing mild rectal irritation and loose motions. I took a tablet zentel 400 mg at night and I felt better. 4 days later I am experiencing extreme rectal irritation and itching. what do I do?

I have caught jaundice since 10 days.bilirubin total is 6.12. HEV test return positive 4.32.Now my doctor advised to take rest for few weeks and maintain light diet.but he didn't prescribed any medicine.he told it would go away naturally.is it fine?

Urine infection, Fever and vomiting sensation, she is not able to eat properly whenever tries to eat feels like vomiting, Fever goes around 100 to 101. My dad's digestive system is weakening day by day. If he eats, even a bite of junk food ( like samosa ), then he doesn't gets sleep properly and moreover indigestion happens which causes other symptoms like vomiting, headache. What can be the cause ? Or what are the suggestive actions to do next?

Hi Doctor, I am constantly facing digestion issues every 1-1.5 months after coming to Bangalore (I am here for the last 1.4 years). Also I feel in much less time I will feel my stomach empty and gas will form and will give me a burning sensation.
