Hi, my uncle is suffering with chest pain and stomach pain. We thought it's a gastric problem and gave him pantop but still it's not reduced. Please suggest us what it can be and what we can do.

This is been started after having a chicken roll from a shop.Next day had some loose motion and later on that day the motion got little normal.Next day onwards i was having tierdness and a kind if fluctuating intensity pain in the right bottom side of the stomach.Next day felt little better with that, but this pain is happening after having food.From the oast 2 days its pains like in fluctuating intensity when ever i had food.Pain come in between also some times but mostly paining after food.There was no fever, vomiting or diarrhea, its just the pain fluctuating.
