Hi Doc, I have issues with my digestion. I suffer from constipation. Have to go to loo atleast 3-4 times a day that too take a lot of time. It's like whenever I eat something, i feel to go to loo. Please help

I was revently diagnosed with mild typhoid and treated. One of the tests done was USG abdomen and in the report it was mentioned Parenchymal eco pattern observed. What does it mean and should I be worried? Does it mean there ia damage to my liver or something? Please help.
