I started being sick when I was eating so I stopped eating and now I feel like I’m starving hungry all the time but I don’t know what to eat because I don’t want to be sick again , I also have started not sleeping properly and I have a really bad headache

I just recently started taking Phentermine and I am now constipated. I haven’t been able to go in about 4 days. I tried Metamucil and prune juice and no relief. Last night I started running fever and I am now nauseous. I took Colace about an hr ago. I also bought magnesium citrate for later tonight. Should I be worried?
