Stomach Problems & Remedies

My lower abdomen is paining. Its not sharp pain. Its dull. Its like an urgency to pass stool. But it's coming back again after going to bathroom. And the pain is only just in the lower abdomen, just below my navel. Poop is not watery but seems some acidic. Poop is smelling sone acidic too. I'm suffering from this from last 3-4 days. I had not eat any fast, junk foods since 3 MONTHS and totally in home diet. I eat curd everyday. Please help me out. Is it something serious? Is it stomach /liver cancer? I Googled and it showed cancer. I'm in very much anxiety. Please doctor tell me what's is problem?? I just want to know the problem.. Plz doctor..

Having Pain in Back (left middle) and Pancreas area from last 3 weeks. Consulted with Physiotherapist for back, but still having problem. When lying on bed, only having stomach pain. Pain increase after eating food. Also causing Gas+Constipation. Feels like something is rotating near left ribs lower part.

Y does my stomach hurt if i eat egg, even if i drink milk i feel that n i feel if i sleep on my stomach also it pains like there is a cut inside...it becomes warm early morning then i wake up n drink water or barley should i go for a scan? Its almost everyday i have the pain

I am feeling some discomfort on the left side of my stomach for past 15 days. Initially I was having continuous burps and small portion above naval on left side pains. I visited the doctor he gave medicines and said it's gas. But even after having medicine there was no relief so doctor ask me do sonography of abdomen and pelvis which was completely normal. I again visited other doctor even he said it's gas problem and gave some medicines. Right now the frequency of burps have reduced but on the left side above naval I am feeling that there is something which is pulling my muscles. I did CBC, thyroid, creatine test which is normal. I am not sure what is affecting my stomach. Request you to advice me that will give me 100% relief. I do not have any issues in toilet and urine it's just the stomach pain on the left side which is bothering me.

Helo sir , I feel like some gase are there in my chest which increase my heart rate . After few minutes when the gase goes down or get out of my body I feel relaxed it also create my mouth and throat dry why dis happening ??

I have stomach pains more often some days worse then others I am always throwing up in the morning and most days I'm real nauseous and I am always so tired I do have acid reflux i don’t know if that might have something to do with it or if it’s something else and I do have a fatty liver and I don’t have bowl movement like I should I get constipated a lot and I also ended up in the emergency room twice because of my stomach pains and the vomiting made me real dehydrated

Hello, I have never had a problem smoking or drinking in the past however for the past two months a few tokes of a spliff or even one bottle of beer makes me feel incredibly nauseous. I have also been feeling nauseous occasionally after meals and when I am in an exam or at work. I have a much smaller appetite than I used to have. It has began to affect my life greatly as I cannot socialize with friends or family like I used to. Thank you for your input!
