I was having severe blood with stool, have gone thru colonoscopy and came to know i have internal piles. Medicines prescribed are: Tab Hilo 2tab, Tab Pantoacid 40mg, Cremaffin syrup. I want to know what food to eat and what to avoid.

Hi I have been having severe constipation , tenderness and pain in lower abdomen for past 15 days ...The pain reduces when I pass my bowels ..and increases post meals ... I had got a stool test done and CBC ... While my CBC is normal , but my stool test is showing presence of some mucus ..what's does it mean ? Do I need to take some other medicines ..right now I am taking prebiotics and raciper plus before meals . Have also attached my blood and stool report .
