I have diarrhea which has a little blood on it. My doctor said I should go for colonoscopy. I am getting nervous about this. I can't even do regular works.

Hi this morning I woke up with severe stomach cramps in my lower pelvis. I went to the bathroom then I had to poop but nothing came out initially. About 20 minutes later I did poop, however, It was normal. Then about 10 minutes after that I had loose stool. I am wondering if this may be caused by my anxiety?
