Sir, in ultrasound abdomen scanning found mesentric lymponodes to my 7 years old daughter Please suggest necessary  treatment

Before and after having food she is suffer heavy gastric and haziness and weakness feel sleepy in day and night unable to sleep

I have done endoscopy and it shows I have Gastro esophageal reflux disease.How can I cure it  permanently?

I think I'm having issues with acid reflux. Had bad cough cause of it earlier. Doctor had perceived a tablet for that. Still taking that. But since the past 2-3 days, this is elevated. After dinner, tummy feels weird and I get really burpy. Been throwing up since 2 days. Please suggest what to do. Attaching the prescription for reference.

Helo Doctor , I am thinking to go for laparoscopy surgery of gallbladder stone . Somewhere I heard that sometimes laparoscopy surgery doesn't work so in this case doctor do full surgery to remove gallbladder . Is this the case ? If yes can we get idea before starting surgery ?
