Last 3 days Not going to motion properly.some times sticky.eating well. Please suggest any medicine for proper digestion.

Hello Doc, I have acidity and gastritis problem after my delivery. But whenever i try to have lemon juice with honey , after 4-5hours it feels very uncomfortable in upper abdomen and burning sensation in chest. Slight pain also in upper abdomen with belching. Is honey not suitable for all? I am a veggie and normal I consume typical south indian food always. Kindly can anyone give suggestions or advice for the problem i face more often.
