My 6 month old is suffering from diarrhea and fever since 2 days... Doctor advised oflox along with z and d and enterogermina. There is no improvement in my babies health. He has not passed urine for hours. Should l be worried?

My stomach is not clean in morning and feel vomiting. And the timing of potty is not fixed and it come out after afternoon. And too much gas is produced in stomach. And all time we feel that I am not hungry because the stomach is filled with gas . Please give me a solution to get rid of this problem. Please. And we don't know what disease is this?
