I want to check germs in mine stomach as i feel sometime they are miving nd i am having huge wieght loss

I had ultrasonic endoscopy two days ago and the only thing the doctor mentioned was that I may have gastritis from a good allergy, however, after getting home I googled another finding in my report that said, pancreatic parachymal abnormalities found in entire pancreas, consisting of hyperechoic foci. Now I’m terrified I have pancreatitis! Is this something I should be concerned about?

Hi, I'm a nondrinkers, however I got Pancreatitis pain twice due to excessive consumption of non veg items, I have been advised not to take excessive non veg, so I eat very less nowadays, my question is, can I take anything other than red meat, the first time I got the pain after I took prawns the day before, even though I'm not sure that is the reason, my wife strictly restricted me to have prawns, so is it safe to have fish, prawns, will it lead to pancreatic pain again? Thanks
