What tips to follow before the procedure for making sure that the colonoscopy  is executed perfectly?

I am facing this problem last couple of years now this is happening regular basis. I cannot bare outside food or junk food even if with home food my stomach pain happen sometime, and feeling sometime it's burning my stomach, right side feeling always ache not even sleep with right side, constipation is daily basis problem even i took husk on night after food. Is there any big problem in my stomach , actually now this tme we are planning for baby. Can you please help and guide me what will be the better treatment.
