I feel like vomiting almost every alternate morning. I also feel like vomiting when I'm under a lot of stress or anxiety. In the mornings nothing comes out apart from white liquidy thing some times yellow. Problem increases when I have cough It's been happening to me since last few years. Inconsistent upper middle abdominal pain

I have pain in the upper middle abdomen, just above the belly button. It is already around 4 days but inconsistent. There are only times in the day that i would feel the pain, usually takes about 2-3hours. After I ate, the pain goes away. My stomach feels like it's always full and I burp a lot. I got liver function test done. Everything is normal except sgpt and sgot 42u/l and 80 u/l respectively against normal of 30u/l and 20 u/l. Is it something to be concerned about?
