What to do in constipation? How to urgently get rid of it when it has been. More than   three days..

I have pain both side in my stomach while taking deep breath. I'm feeling this since 2 days. Is this gas or something else?

I am facing the acidity problem since 3 month. Some time I takes rantac 150 and it help me for 4-5 day and again the same problem starts so what should I do?

Its been a YEAR since and I'm having poor digestion on regular basis I'm having sticky stool which i have to put pressure on toilet to pass the stool and also the smell is very bad. I don't understand the reason why I'm having this stressful condition. My daily diet is---2-3 rotis in the morning, rice as lunch & dinner. Is it because of chappati (roti) i eat every morning? Am i having wheat sensitivity?? Celiac dis?? I have been eating roti since i was child but i had no issues until last year.

I am suffering with chest pain at right side after having Dinner for atleast  30 to 40 secs and I getting relefe after washroom. am doing night shift. Having this problem from last 15 days.

I have mild pain in upper right abdomen and the in the lower right ribs. Pain mostly happens while sitting. Also the stomach has too much gas and constipation too. I dont have fever pr anything.

My bowel movement is inconsistent and not complete sometime. doctor prescribed me attached prescription. the medicine on first worked for few days and then i was prescribed another proscription but i don't feel any change in my condition.
