I have hyper acidity problem and now I have light pain in chest or heavyness

The right side of my belly button gets painful while passing stool and while empty stomach there is a lot of burping that too after eating also but from right side the burp is not fully relaxful it has like a sensation of discomfort and sometimes in right side only under rib cage there is a sudden pain also and now it has been two days that I have been suffering from constipated bowl movement that to loose motion and a pain very painful at the right side of the corner of belly buttion I was diagnosed one month before in my ultrasound with MILD RIGHT MESSENTERIC PARAORTIC LYMPHADENOPATHY but I have taken homapatheic medicine for it and it was fine but I went to marriage two days before and the food was not that good from then only my stomach is aching more on the right side of corner belly button

My father have a problem .he is suffering from abdominal pain since 1 month usg show free fluid moderate asities. asitiec fluid examination show exudative with negative malignant and tb.tb pcr also negative cytology show lymphocytes predominantly cell. ct show granulomatous inflammation involving peritoneum.no symptoms relieves after medication. what next ??

I used to eat soil 3 years ago. Now I am suffering from lower abdominal cramping and lower back pain with constipation and diarrhoea at the same time. I am depressed too. My stools are generally yellow and loose and it require to strain to exert it. What's the cause of this problem?

Continuous burning sensation in lower abdomen & head spinning all day long since last 10 days. Cannot eat or even drink a single sip of water as the inflammation feeling increases immediately after eating or drinking anything. Headache in one part of brain starts sometimes.

Total bilrubin 2.51 but sgpt is normal. Is there any problem of jaundice. Normally there is no problem
