A little pain while going to bathroom. And gas problem also What can I do? Which medicine is better?

Sir I have flatulence problem and its not stopping.every day I fart after eating and eating dairy products and egg sir I am so tense with these issue of farting a lot,while in college and tution people where just making fun of me..what to do now plzzzz tell me

I have tenderness when pressed on the left side just beside my belly button ...there is no pain otherwise but when I press that point it feels tender ...sometimes I have discomfort in my stomach that feels like acid reflux and excess salivation in my mouth specially when I am empty stomach for a long time .. pls help

I recently got a regular checkup done and Aspartate Aminotransferase (SGOT) and Alanine Transaminase (ALT/SGPT) seem to be very high, What could be the possible reason? Is it something to worry about? Sgot is 113 and alt/sgpt is 328. Kindly suggest

Dear Dr, My Mother (she is age is 54)suffering from Stomach Pain since 1month we have met all DGO and physian Drs they referred few of the Diagnosis but all the reports are ok but even though she is suffering with stomach pain in Lower abdomen.inultrasound scan they said 2-mm stone has identified in kidney but dr told that it will remove .can you please suggest me.

I have done test of liver function test  and my report are TOTAL BILIRUBIN SERUM 1.38, DIRECT BILIRUBIN SERUM 0.37, INDIRECT BILIRUBIN SERUM 1.01 , AST(SGOT) SERUM 42, ALT(SGPT) SERUM 78, ALKALINE PHOSPHATASE (ALP) 169 , is it very serious report or it will be alright by medicine

I've been having a problem of excessive gas since a few days. After having my meals every night, my stomach feels bloated, heavy and I feel symptoms like nausea, rapid hearbeat, chest pain, abdominal pain etc. I get relief after about an hour of passing gas. I had this problem earlier as well. I had consulted three doctors and my reports read : Excess gases have been found in the colon. My problem had disappeared but now it's back. Also, I'm taking Pentosec DSR daily.
