Endoscopy was done and the findings are severe esophagitis(Grade C)Antrum biopsy was done...Plz say what is there in the report...Any kind of infection??as it says scattered lymphocytes and polymorphs in lamina propria??

Sir, I have fatty liver problem grade 2. I walk now 3-4 kms a day now. I m taking ursocol 300 twice a day after meal. I have acid reflux problem also. Also my sleep is less due to this stress and problems. I go for bowel movement 3 times or even 4 times a day. Today I ate papaya one plate full plate in morning and I went to stool at noon and i had smell of papaya in stool. Kindly advice. Similarky before some day it happened when I ate cabbage sabji 2 servings and spinach juice as well. I took darolac tablet in night for proper digestion. It never happened to me before. Kindly guide.
