My brother had a test yesterday and the abnormals are as follows. bilirubin Total is 11.3 and direct is 8.2, AST 1326, ALT 1402, urea 14.6 How serious it is? What immediate action to be taken?

My daughter regurgitates after having food, but of less quantity. Once in a while she complains about tummy pain as well. Her activities are normal. She plays,eats , sleeps , bowel motion also normal. But regurgitating little amount of food particle is her problem. We consulted at Columbia Asia hospital, but doctor is suggesting no need of any medicines but only diet control. And moreover cant do the tests as she is too small. What shall we do, any help?
