Does stomach ulcers hurt while walking or stretching? And how long does it take for a stomach ulcer to heal?

Sir,I am suffering from abdomen cramps and miner pain in my right side lower and upper portion abdomen so I have test sonography and urine test but no any problem occurred but still pain in my abdomen also facing gastric problem so what should I do kindly suggest me.
