Please suggest the best treatment for ulcerative pancolitis suffering from last 5 months. There is bleeding in stool, and problem in large intestine.

Excessive Bawl Gas & Antral erosions. Sever back pain. It is almost noting to eat that do not creat gas problem.

Today since morning after drinking tea in empty stomach after 3-4 hour, I am having stomach pain and it is still continuing. Now I also took lunch of sambar rice but still its paining. This is happening from last 2 weeks. But today I am not able to bear this pain. Please help.

Hi, I am 64 years old male and suffering from severe stomach pain. The endoscopy and colonoscopy results reveal that - there are - GASTRIC EROSIONS and Left Colonic Diverticulosis. And my creatinine levels in blood report are 1.7. My pain is more in the night and is spread across the abdomen and back. My biopsy report states - lamina propria shows lymphocytes infiltration with few eosinophilic and duodenal glands. Paneth Cells seen. Iam weak unable to walk properly. help me
