Hi, I am 64 years old male and suffering from severe stomach pain. The endoscopy and colonoscopy results reveal that - there are - GASTRIC EROSIONS and Left Colonic Diverticulosis. And my creatinine levels in blood report are 1.7. My pain is more in the night and is spread across the abdomen and back. My biopsy report states - lamina propria shows lymphocytes infiltration with few eosinophilic and duodenal glands. Paneth Cells seen. Iam weak unable to walk properly. help me

You need CT SCAN ABDOMEN + PELVIS ORAL + IV + RECTAL CONTRAST. You tell me if have any other disease. Get CBC and stool routine test. You may require medical management only after evaluating reports
