Stomach Problems & Remedies

I often go to toilet with watery stools .there is a pain in lower abdomen and sometimes because of gases and sometimes stools . After the toilet I feel good for 2to 3 hours. I go to toilet 3 to 5 times daily. there is acidity problem as wel in my stomach which is the main problem I think

Celiac disease presents with Gi symptoms mostly however I read that it can be without any digestive symptoms in adults. This way it could case things like fatigue, anemia etc. Are these people diagnosed from only a routine CBC blood test? Or do these people eventually show a presentation of GI issues as well to make diagnosis easier. like bloating, pain, diarrhea, etc

I have been having diarrhea on and off for the past 2 weeks. Some days I am completely fine but some days I have runny stool and need multiple trips to the toilet. I get better within a day usually if i eat less and eat non oily foods or curd rice. I seem to get worse when I eat paneer or cheese or any fatty or oily foods. Last night I had butter chicken paratha and 1 pint of beer and today I woke up at 7 am with very runny stool and have been to the toilet 4 times since. I have been feeling better since I had lemon tea and curd rice and ors. But I am still weak and I don't feel fully well yet. I still have a weird feeling in my stomach. Today was the worst since all this started. Could you please tell me what to do...maybe you could recommend any tests I may need to take or someone I could see regarding this?

I have not passed my stool for three days. Urination is ok. Please recommend some remedy.

I'm getting pain while taking longer breath pain raises..for short breath no problem. last 8 I face same issue reoccurring 4-5 time for 5-8 days and disappeared it's own. Pain happen on both sides below rib cage.. some only right side and some times only left side .. some times it move other places like sholder.. like that..pls suggest me how to find exact root cause...I did ultrasound no kidney stones.. also..
