I have a persistent stomach pain (upper middle abdomen) since last night. On a regular basis, I burp a lot, and I suspect the pain is due to gas because when I burp, I feel better. After eating breakfast lunch or dinner I feel sudden sensation of passing stool it happened since 1 weeks with acute stomach and muscles pain body
