I am suffering piles problem from 3days but I don't know it's called as fissur or plies. Actually daily i have to drive on bike for work purpose. I am getting pain while going to toilet

Having gallstone of 27mm calculus in lumen but no major symptoms or pain is it necessary to get treated for it or will it cause me any kind problem later

Sensation of excretion but not if attempted.Taking GUT CLEAR syrup 15ml at bed time.Not so effective.Abdomenal pain now & then.some times feeling of fullness.Gas effect-both upper & lower.For kind advice.Pain at hip bottom after excretion.
