Acid reflux or GERD is a common problem. Endoscopy may be needed to rule out organic causes. Avoid spicy food coffee tea cold drinks alcohol smoking junk food etc. Avoid stress. Sleep pattern should be regularised. Continue antacids, prokinetics to prevent long term esophageal complications of reflux.
