Hi sir, I have been facing digestive issues from my child hood I was not able to digest fat  may parents said it is essential for my health from my childhood from age 4. From child to now my skin looks like dry and wrinkles, severe concentration and memory issues. Recently my digestive system problems all has been cured efftively. To increase fat consumption like poly and mono unsaturated fat my wrinkle and dry skin issues will be solved doctor said. But I want to improve my fat absorbtion effectively.. When i read many articles lipase enzymea helps me to improve digestion fat efftively.. Can i take these enzymes by tablet yto improve fat absorbtion in my body.??
