I go through this many a times. My diet is full of fibres.
I eat enough fruits and vegetables and i almost drink 3-4 litres of water everyday.
Still I am not able to do proper stool. I always feel like something is still left in my stomach.
And some of the time constipation.
I have to even push sometimes for the poop to come out.
Please suggest me ways to overcome this problem.
